Return Policy (AnaStasis Arts) We operate on a print‑on‑demand basis (made to order via Printful). For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as “changed my mind”, wrong size/color, or if the item simply doesn’t fit your expectations. When a replacement/refund is available We offer a free replacement or a refund only if: • the item arrives damaged; • there is a manufacturing defect; • there is a printing error (wrong design/print quality issue). Timeframe to report an issue Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. What to include Email us at yazdyndokta73@gmail.com with: • your order number; • a short description of the issue; • photos (and, if needed, video) of the defect/damage and the packaging. How we resolve it After review, we will offer a free replacement or a refund (depending on the case). Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the issue is confirmed. Where to send returns In most cases, you won’t need to send the item back. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and the return address.
