Return Policy (AnaStasis Arts)

 

We operate on a print‑on‑demand basis (made to order via Printful). For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as “changed my mind”, wrong size/color, or if the item simply doesn’t fit your expectations.

 

When a replacement/refund is available

We offer a free replacement or a refund only if:

• The item arrives damaged;

• There is a manufacturing defect;

• There is a printing error (wrong design/print quality issue).

 

Timeframe to report an issue Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

What to include Email us at yazdyndokta73@gmail.com with:

• Your order number;

• A short description of the issue;

• Photos (and, if needed, video) of the defect/damage and the packaging.

 

How we resolve it:

After review, we will offer a free replacement or a refund (depending on the case). Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the issue is confirmed.

 

Where to send returns:

In most cases, you won’t need to send the item back. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and the return address.
